I am the founder of Trinity Technical Authorities, an advisory firm helping leadership teams strengthen organisational performance. With over 30 years of experience across energy, engineering and technology, I specialise in simplifying complexity by aligning operating models, management systems and leadership accountability. For most of my career, I have held senior roles managing engineering and IT functions for major operators and led international teams on large-scale subsea and offshore developments. Today, I work with organisations on governance reviews, organisational design, management system evolution, independent assurance audits, and strategic change leadership. I am also a Director of Clairvynt, an AI-powered technology company focused on enhancing governance and organisational effectiveness—reflecting my interest in how digital innovation can clarify and improve how organisations operate.
